I am Crystal Farley, CSMC, CTP, RMT, CFCL-1 Stress Management Maven, Chief Story Teller, Woman of Tech, and Combat Veteran. I provide corporate stress management solutions that foster the development of better stress management skills and in the moment stress relief, develop and support women in the workplace strategies, and offer personal growth programs. This work is proven to help organizations minimize stress, increase productivity and improve employee health driving results personally and professionally.

I specialize in stress level identification, diversity initiative support, and providing personal growth resources through interactive workshop offerings. These workshops are intended to breakdown personal and professional barriers, generate empowerment and confidence, as well as work to break unconscious gender bias. 

Additionally, I offer workshops that leverage alternative therapies, such as reiki, journaling, and mindfulness as ways to relieve stress.

Other life experience includes: mother to a beautiful daughter, sister to members of the LBGTQ+ community, daughter of a woman in recovery, divorcee, wife, and fitness fanatic.
