Culture Check - Stress Level Identification Workshop

“Don’t be defined by your stress”

This is a great starting point for organizations are working to get a pulse on their existing environment and begin to develop a foundation of safety and trust. This workshop offers a detection of stress patterns through a variety of assessments and offers examples of and discussion around the fundamentals of coping with stress.

Format traditionally includes:

  • Stress education

  • Stress level identification

  • The 4 A’s: Adapt, Accept, Avoid, and Alter

  • Explore alternative stress-relief strategies

  • Cultivate connection through discussion, practice, and real-life application

This format is also known as Success without the Stress and has recently been accredited by the NH Real Estate Commission.

Realtors will receive 1.5 CE credits when attending my course.

The 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team

“Reassess. Redevelop. Redefine. Reach.”

This program is based upon the fable The Five Dysfunctions of a Team written by Patrick Lencioni. The 5 Behaviors helps teams understand how they score on the key components of The Five Behaviors model: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. Individual team members will learn about their own personality style or type and the styles of their team members—based on the Everything DiSC® model or All Types model (depending on how your organization speaks)—and how their style contributes to the team’s overall success.

A productive, high-functioning team:

  • Makes better, faster decisions

  • Taps into the skills and opinions of all members

  • Avoids wasting time and energy on politics, confusion and destructive conflict

  • Avoids wasting time talking about the wrong issues and revisiting the same topics over and over again because of a lack of buy in
